Check-in is available from 2pm until 3pm, unless otherwise arranged (24hr check-in available by appointment only)
Check-out time is by 11.00 am, unless otherwise arranged
All bookings must be paid in full no less than 14 days from the date of check-in
Standard Online Bookings (Direct)
i) 20% deposit is required to secure bookings
ii) Upon payment of the deposit, customers will be invoiced their final payment which will be due no less than 14 days before the date of check-in.
iii) If final payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled and travel dates will be made available to other customers. Customers are required to contact Leacott Retreats regarding a refund or to re-book. Where a customer chooses to re-book, Leacott Retreats will offer the best available rate at that time, less deposit already paid.
Monthly Payment Arrangements
i) Monthly payment arrangements are available to customers and are subject to approval by Leacott Retreats
ii) Customers are required to contact Leacott Retreats directly via firstname.lastname@example.org to request a monthly payment arrangement.
iii) Approved customers will be provided a contract outlining payment dates and installment amounts.
iv) Bookings will only be secured and dates held upon receipt of the first installment amount
vi) Where an installment amount is not received, the booking will be cancelled and travel dates will be made available to other customers. Customers are required to contact Leacott Retreats regarding a refund or to re-book. Where a customer chooses to re-book, Leacott Retreats will offer the best available rate at that time, less amounts already paid.
vii) Monthly payments are subject to a non-refundable administration fee of AUD$5.00 per installment.
Special Packages / Last Minute Rates
For special packages, last minute rates, or long-stay discounts customers are requested to contact Leacott Retreats via email@example.com to receive a quote and payment options.
Payments can be made via our secure online booking system. Alternatively, you can provide payment via direct deposit or nominate a credit card for secure virtual payment.
Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
- Bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to the date of check-in will be refunded in full.
- Bookings changed at least 30 days prior to the date of check-in are permitted (surcharges may apply to new dates).
- Bookings cancelled between 14 and 29 days from the date of check-in will be refunded, less 50% of the deposit amount.
- Bookings changed between 14 and 29 days from the date of check-in are premitted, subject to availablity, less 50% of the depoist amount (surcharges may apply to new dates).
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the date of check-in are non-refundable.
- Bookings changed within 14 days of the date of check-in incur a 50% fee of the total booking amount. Changes are subject to availability (surcharges may apply to new dates).
Note: All eligible refunds are processed 14 days after cancellation is advised, back to the account, card or method used for your deposit or payment.
Guests are asked to treat the Villa and its indoor and outdoor furnishings with care as they would in their own home. If furniture or furnishings are broken, missing, or if there is damage beyond normal wear and tear, Leacott Retreats will charge an amount that will allow for repairs or replacement of items.
Leacott Retreats assume no responsibility or liability for any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience or additional expenses incurred by the guests, their party or visitors regardless of the cause. Guests are advised to ensure they have adequate travel insurance.
